Deliverables: 

• Each session is $300 and includes up to 60 minutes on-site and 2 professionally edited photos with licensing. (Save $100 if your portrait session is completed at the same time as your next listing shoot.)

• Each professionally edited photo includes a few different crops in both color and black & white. 

• ​Additional headshots can be licensed for $100/headshot.

Our process:

1. We will review and discuss potential poses and any examples you like.

2. You will decide on your outfit(s) and we will decide on the shoot location(s), which could be a new or current listing, a local park, your brokerage office, etc. (We recommend we shoot outdoors because the natural lighting is the best, but we have speed lights, reflectors, and pop-up backgrounds if you prefer or need to shoot inside). 

3. We will meet on location and we will take multiple photos of you at one or more locations for up to 60 minutes. While we allow for 60 minutes, we typically are finished shooting within 30 minutes. If possible, we recommend bringing along someone whom you know well or love as this helps you feel and look more relaxed!

4. After the shoot, we will then cull out any photos that were out of focus, your eyes are closed, etc., and will also make some quick lighting edits to make it easier to decide among all the options.

5. We will send you all of the headshots via an email link for you to review. You will open the link and “favorite” the 2 headshots (or more) you want to be professionally edited and licensed. 

6. We will professionally edit your photos and deliver them digitally upon completion! Please allow 4-5 business days for your edits.
